At Simply LPA, we understand that most clients appreciate certainty. We therefore offer all clients a fixed fee irrespective of number of Attorneys or how long the process takes.
In addition to our fees set out below, the Office of Public Guardian charge a registration fee per LPA. Exemptions for various cases of Income support are available and details are shown below the fees.

If you receive any of the following means-tested benefits when an application to register is made, we can apply for an exemption on your behalf:
*Income-based Employment and Support Allowance *Income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance *Guarantee Credit element of State Pension Credit *Housing Benefit *Council Tax Reduction/Support (not the 25% single person discount) *Local Housing Allowance *A combination of Working Tax Credit and at least one of the following: Child Tax Credit, Disability Element of Working Tax
Not included: Disability Living Allowance, Invalidity Benefit, Personal Independence Payment, Attendance Allowance
