Let us organise your LPA in 3 Easy Steps
We believe more individuals should have the opportunity to register LPAs at a fair price with no compromise on a high standard of service. We will take you through the process step-by-step, allowing you time to make important decisions.
Step
Organise a meeting either at your home, online or phone. We will explain the format of an LPA and the necessary parties who need to be involved. You can then think about who you would like to consider for these roles. If you would like Simply LPA to create and register your LPAs, we will proceed to step 2.
Step
We will ask you to complete a simple form with details of the Donor, Attorney(s), Certificate Provider and Witness so we can prepare the application and any other relevant paperwork.
At this point we will take payment for our fee and the registration of the LPAs.
Step
Once the paperwork has been completed, we will send the LPAs to you. These need to be signed by the Donor, Attorney(s) and Certificate Provider in the presence of a witness. You can then relax while we liaise with the Office of the Public Guardian to complete the process. The LPAs will usually be sent to you within 12 weeks.
